Shaun Harris has put together an exceptional group of highly-skilled and customer focused professionals. Harris Associates were appointed by St Mary’s Mansions in April 2011 and their diligence, experience and professionalism have contributed significantly to the considerable improvement in the quality of our block management and maintenance in that time.
Their client service is exceptional, responding swiftly and efficiently to issues raised by leaseholders, and communicating clearly and effectively with the board of St Mary’s Mansions Ltd as well as with our other professional advisers.
Under their direction we were able to complete an extensive internal refurbishment of St Mary’s Mansions in 2012 and a phased exterior renovation from 2013 through to 2015. All our leaseholders have been delighted with the outcome, and it is gratifying to note that estate agents in the Little Venice area have commented favourably on the quality of the work and that it has considerably enhanced the appeal of our blocks to potential buyers.
Of particular importance has been Harris Associates’ excellent project management for us during a period of extensive and potentially disruptive work on the estate, with the presence of many contractor and sub-contractor personnel, materials, vehicles and scaffolding, all of which has required very skillful handling and co-ordination.
